The feasibility study involves a preliminary assessment of a construction project’s potential. First of all we examine any documentation that may have been provided by the client, perform targeted inspections and draw up a planimetric/volumetric project, if it isn't available yet. This is based on the local town planning regulations, the client's needs and the commercial features of the area. We then proceed with estimates, comprising parametric yet detailed evaluations of all the costs and receipts so that we can produce a general economic plan (budget) for the work to present to our client.
