Our studio has many years' experience and we have worked on many competitive tenders. This enables us to offer expert assistance to both client and/or their designers when preparing and managing tenders as well as to companies when they need to study and present estimates. With regard to issuing requests for tenders, we are particularly careful to ensure that the documentation given to those submitting tenders is clear and comprehensive so we receive the best possible offers. The client, with our help, will then be in a position to make the best possible choice from a technical and economic standpoint. Sometimes a client needs to submit a tender or a company asks us to produce an estimate on their behalf. Based on the needs of the company or the nature of the tender, we study the direct and indirect costs involved, analyse impacts and prices, carry out site inspections, devise works schedules and provide anything else that may be required. The study will be accompanied by a summary report illustrating the adopted criteria and the information required to give the client the ideal contract. |
