| MONITORING THE ECONOMIC MANAGEMENT |
Adopting an effective system to monitor the project’s economic management is absolutely essential for keeping costs under control and for adhering to, and if possible improving upon, the initial economic forecasts. Thanks to our proven experience, we can adopt bespoke monitoring systems that are easy to understand based on the nature of the job and the client’s needs. We manage these systems professionally and with the utmost attention to detail so that all costs can be meticulously monitored. This means that corrective measures can be promptly implemented if necessary to optimise the end result. All variations to quantities and unit costs, and all items relating to direct and indirect costs deriving from implemented and future decisions are all periodically checked against the detailed economic budget for the entire duration of the job. This enables us to make well-informed decisions, keep both current and future costs under control and offer an increasingly more reliable forecast of the final economic result. |

| MONITORING THE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT |
The financial budget highlights the general financial progress of the project and enables the best financial strategies to be implemented so that the necessary resources are available until the work is completed. However monitoring the financial management controls the actual payments and receipts which will inevitably vary slightly, especially in the short-term, compared to the forecasts in the financial budget. These variations may be caused by a variety of reasons, such as delayed or advanced payments or receipts, or variations to these items or even alterations to contractual procedures regarding payments or collection. This is why it is absolutely essential that the financial management is monitored in addition to managing the administrative aspect. Monitoring the finances will accurately highlight any variations in the short-term financial requirements compared with the forecasted budget. Corrective measures can then be promptly implemented in the project’s financial management aimed at tackling the actual requirements. |

| ACCOUNTING |
We can develop accounting systems for all types of jobs - for time and material contracts, fixed-price contracts, in the public and private sectors, for principals and for contractors – and carefully manage any variables which may arise during completion of the work. Progress reports will be accompanied by accurate accounts of measures taken and the relative certificates for payment. |

| SITE MANAGEMENT |
Our experts have decades of experience working with leading construction companies. This means that we can offer specialised and extremely effective site management to complete the work and during all operative stages, from setting up the site through to inspections and the final handover. For property developers, we can either just provide thorough and effective supervision of a turnkey contract, or we can supervise and coordinate different firms if the job has been divided into multiple contracts, or we an even assist the site director with some or all of the assigned tasks. If a construction company requests our services, we can assist or replace the project manager, the site director or the site manager. Our level of site management, relations with the interested parties and involvement in technical and organisational matters can be increased or decreased to suit the client’s needs. |
